What you'll learn in this baking class:
Go back to basics and learn the art of baking fresh bread from scratch! Demystify the magic behind this age-old craft and learn how to recreate these simple pleasures at home!
In this heavily interactive class, you will learn tips and tricks for making three delicious classics you can use for appetizer, main and dessert! You will be making cheesy gruyere bread sticks, rosemary tomato focaccia and sweet, cinnamon swirled brioche buns! Our experienced Pastry Chef Instructor will guide step-by-step through the basic bread making techniques of scaling, mixing, kneading, folding, shaping and baking your bread. This class is guaranteed to satisfy the soul and remind you to appreciate the simple things in life!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 3-4.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. THIS EVENT IS BYOB! 21+ only.
Refund Policy
Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.
For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.
However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
