Let's have fun together while working out and learning new skills! This class is designed with the goal to bring together athletes of all levels and experience, and generally involves working out in small teams.
If you are new to CrossFit or functional fitness, are not familiar with movements, how to use dumbbell, kettlebell or barbell, our coaches will go over variations and other scaling options that make this class perfect for any fitness regimen.
This weekly community class is intended for individuals recovering from substance abuse disorder and those who support them but all are welcome! 48 hours of sobriety is required to join this class. Proceeds will be donated to charities, like The Phoenix, that support individuals struggling with addiction.
