Sylvia was extremely down-to-earth and successfully assessed the demeanor and approach of each student, making sure everyone got involved by prompting each student in the room to speak, ask a question, or comment on what had been taught. My only concern was the small number of topics taught, but to be fair, there is only so much about driving one can teach/learn in five hours. -
