What you'll learn in this health class:

How to Keep Your Brain Sharp (MCC)

You are never too old, or too young, to learn how to rev up your recall. You will learn how memory works and the changes we can expect as we age, three techniques to rev up recall and seven lifestyle choices that can make a difference to your memory.
