Description

Brush painting is a magnificent experience that can be learned under the guidance of Nan Rae; previous experience is not required. Brushes and supplies are provided for class use.

In all sessions, Nan will have you producing your first painting at your first workshop. Each student gets plenty of personal attention and printed lessons help you practice at home. You'll learn to paint like a true literati.

Nan Rae teaches the rapid, oriental brush strokes that enable you to capture a sweep of pure and energized freedom in a contemporary, robust and exhilarating form.

Nan Rae has such a fun attitude, and loose teaching style. It was fun learning more about brush strokes with her.

Nan is a great instructor. She started out the class with a quick 10 minute demonstration and the rest of the time was working on your own with her dropping by to give pointers. There are lots of regular students and they were friendly and happy to give advice as well. Apparently, each session is devoted to a different flower, so I'll definitely be back to learn some more.

Absolutely loved the class and teacher. It’s wasnt very floral, we painted maple leaves and pumpkins for the season. I learned so much, definitely signing up again with Nan Rae.
