Chef Angelle

Chef Angelle was born in raised in New Orleans by both French and Italian families. Given her rich European heritage, she has always had a heart for delicious baked goods and family style cooking. Chef Angelle began her culinary journey with famous family restaurant group Del Posto, from which she became the Pastry Chef of the Sugar Factory. Climbing the culinary ranks, she now acts as the Executive Pastry Chef of Sweet Chick where she loves to create an array of indulgent desserts. Chef Angelle also enjoys sharing her culinary knowledge and passion for pastry through teaching children at Summer camps. Chef Angelle is known for her homemade, family-style desserts that will make any adult feel like a kid again!

    This class is joyful and recommended who have never tried making a macaron! Angie was really friendly and willing to help! This class had about 24 people in one session. Which had quite lot of people. But still it was fun to having this class :)
