A multi-level class designed to challenge individual's strength, stamina, balance and flexibility. Participants are expected to have prior TRX experience.
An introduction to the TRX and leveraged body-weight resistance training. Class will cover the components of the TRX and how to operate the straps, TRX fundamentals and how to modify resistance by adjusting body position.
